This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, where it is kept and the choices you have. Version 0.3, 27 October 2026.
Who we are
SoveraTech Technology (سوفيراتيك تيكنولوجي) is a limited liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Investment Law 72 of 2017, commercial register number 307149, with its registered office at Building 72H, El Lasilki Street, Maadi, Cairo. SoveraTech Technology is the controller of the personal data described in this notice and a Proud Member of Al Thuraya Holdings.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, job title, country, business email address, the area of interest and deployment environment you select, your description of the requirement, and your consent to be contacted. With each enquiry we also record the page of this website you sent it from, the time it arrived and your browser's user-agent string, which we keep so that we can investigate spam or abuse of the form if it occurs. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (the address your request came from, the page requested and the time) for security and reliability.
To prevent abuse of the form, the service turns your connection's IP address and the email address you enter into codes made with a secret key that only SoveraTech holds, so that the codes do not reveal either value to anyone without that key. It keeps these codes with a simple count in a short-lived cache to limit repeated submissions from the same connection or email address. Each count covers one hour and is deleted automatically within two hours. Our security logs record only a shortened version of the connection code and the kind of event, never your name, email address, IP address or message. The form also sends how long it was open before you submitted it, which we use to screen out automated submissions and do not store.
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or social media trackers. Our hosting provider sets two technical cookies when it serves the pages, one that keeps your requests on the same server and one that protects against forged requests. They last only for your visit, are not used to identify or track you, and the pages themselves do not read them. If we add usage analytics in future, they will be cookie-free and aggregated, and this notice will say so.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you, to prepare for a demonstration or consultation you have requested, and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the form free of abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are received and stored on Zoho Catalyst infrastructure in the European Union, and we may also record them in our customer relationship system, Zoho CRM, hosted by Zoho. A copy of every enquiry is delivered to a monitored SoveraTech mailbox so that nothing is missed. The short-lived codes used to limit repeated submissions, and our security logs, are kept on the same Zoho Catalyst infrastructure. Access is limited to the SoveraTech people who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from the last contact, or for the life of the business relationship if one follows, after which they are deleted or anonymised. The codes used to limit repeated submissions are deleted automatically within two hours, and our security logs are kept for up to 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you at any time. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the rights set out in the GDPR, and visitors in Egypt have the rights set out in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@soveratech.com. We answer within 30 days.
